What kind of alerts can I receive in Slack?
You can get both real-time and scheduled anomaly alerts from any connected source (e.g., GA4, Stripe, Shopify, Amplitude). Each alert includes the root cause, context, and quick-action options.
Can I choose which Slack channel receives alerts?
Yes. During setup, you select the channels where alerts should be delivered. You can send finance alerts to #rev-ops, marketing anomalies to #ads-team, etc.
Does DataLight read or store my Slack messages?
No. DataLight only posts alerts into the channels you authorize. We do not read or access your team’s private messages.
